Treviso Bay Clubhouse

Project Description: New Construction

Treviso Bay Clubhouse is a two-story Tuscan themed clubhouse ranging approximately 50,000-65,000 square feet in size owned by Lennar in Naples, Florida. This clubhouse is surrounded by a TPC golf course. TPC’s are known for their outstanding conditioning and amenities, as well as a commitment to environmental excellence.


The new Clubhouse design consisted of a Grille Room, Main Dining, Private Dining/Conference Room, Board Room, Gallery Space, and Administration all on the first floor. On the second floor, members are welcomed with both male and female Lockers with separated Card Rooms, a Pro Shop, Billiards, Halfway House, and individual his and here Spa rooms.
