Working with owner and contractor on developing finishes and adjusting architectural space planning for functional bathroom and bedrooms. Developing design presentation for finishes, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, hardware, and design elements. A total of 3600+ square feet  listed on the market for 2.1 million. (staged by others)
