Project Description: Interior Renovation

Project consisted of the following scope of work: Constructing & redesigning the 2nd floor of a 70+ year old Cape home. Transforming the original space into a Master Suite with new plumbing for the Master Bathroom and 2 walk-in closet locations. New plumbing was extended into the existing from the first floor. Existing walls were demolished and new construction was built. Finishes included new tile (floor & wall), custom mill-work, wallcovering, engineered wood flooring, all new trim, doors, windows, electric, plumbing and HVAC.
