Project Description: Schematic Design into Pricing Construction Set

Project consisted of the following scope of work: Developing two layouts to maximize the existing kitchen and 2nd floor bathroom. In addition, the basement needed to be spaced out to include a laundry room, a home office and "Man Cave." Client had requested an abundance of storage in the kitchen and a preferred walk in shower for the upstairs bathroom. Finish selections and virtual design boards were presented to the client prior to the design development stage. A pricing set was also delivered to the contractor for finalizing pricing prior to construction.
